REFUND POLICY

 

 

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If the product is damaged or has the wrong size please make sure to contact us within 10 days after your order has been confirmed or otherwise we will not be able to refund the product.

 

We are NOT responsible for any shipping costs. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

 

We will refund all payments to you immediately after receiving the product back. Normally, this will take up to 14 working days.

- Full Name.

 We will then send you a full return form per E-Mail.

 

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
